About Us
Pito AxM Platform, Inc. (PAPI) is a fully owned subsidiary of Seven Bank, Ltd., a Japanese bank and leading ATM Network and financial service provider in Tokyo, Japan. Through the success of its businesses in other countries, the management has decided to enter the Philippine market. PAPI was incorporated on April 1, 2019. It aims to provide high quality financial services that meet customers’ needs by installing the first Cash-Recycling Machines (CRMs). It offers ATM services such as balance inquiry, cash withdrawals and deposits, thus enhancing convenience of customers.
PAPI began deploying CRMs in 7-Eleven stores and started serving its customers in most areas in the National Capital Region (NCR) last February 26, 2021 with 11 ATMs. To date, over 3,700 CRMs have already been placed in 7-Eleven stores nationwide and select Alfamart stores ready to serve the public.
Our Partners
Pito AxM Platform, Inc. entered into a strategic business alliance with Philippine Seven Corporation in February 2020 to support the deployment, operation, and maintenance of Cash Recycling Machines (CRMs) at 7-Eleven stores across the Philippines. The initial rollout began in the NCR region, with plans for nationwide expansion to further improve accessibility and convenience for our customers.
In addition, PAPI has partnered with LBP, RCBC and CTBC to broaden its clients’ reach and enhance service availability. These collaborations with leading retail chains like Alfamart, along with support from our group companies and business partners, strengthen our nationwide presence and enable us to better serve our customers throughout the country.

Our Services

Balance Inquiry
Our machines provide real-time balance inquiries.
This service is free for Land Bank, RCBC, and CTBC debit cardholders.
*Balance Inquiry Fee will apply to RCBC SSS Pensioner debit cardholders.

Cash Withdrawal
Easily withdraw cash at the nearest 7-Eleven and select Alfamart stores.
This service is free of charge for Land Bank, RCBC and CTBC debit cardholders.
Withdrawal limits depend on the policies set by your issuing bank.
For other local or international issued cards, applicable transaction fees may apply. Please reach out to your issuing bank for specific details regarding fees and limits.

Funds Transfer
For locally issued cards, you may use our machines to transfer funds to another local bank's account.
The use of this service will be subject to charges and transfer limits set by your issuing bank.
Contact your issuing bank for more information on this service.

Bills Payment
For locally issued cards, our machines offer a convenient service that allows you to settle your bills from a wide range of services including: credit
cards, utilities, telecommunications, internet, cable providers, bank amortization, school tuition fees and insurance.
Your issuing bank may charge a fee for this service. Contact them directly to learn more about the fees and availability of the service.

Mobile Auto-Reload
For locally issued cards, our machines allow you to load Smart, Talk ‘N Text, Globe, Touch Mobile and Sun Cellular prepaid mobile numbers.

Card may be retained due to various reasons (e.g., Excessive pin retries, the time in removing
the card from the card reader of the ATM exceed the time-out limit set, card used was defective,

to your issuing bank immediately.
