The personal information that we gather while doing a transaction in our ATMs such as your name, email or telephone number, and card information are necessary information to respond individually to your queries, provide you the best service, conduct surveys, or administer promotions, if any. We may also collect information that is publicly available such as the information you submit to a blog, chat room, social network, or information available from other companies, organizations, or 3rd-party partners.
Use and Protection of your Personal Information
Our primary purpose in collecting information is to provide you with a safe, smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Your personal information shall be used only for service fulfillment, data analytics, promotions and campaigns, internal operations, prevention of fraud, and for legal compliance. PAPI unless required by law or a valid legal process, shall not share or intentionally release your personal information other than to you. We may engage the services of, and or interact with, other 3rd parties such as, but not limited to its parent company, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, financial advisors, business partners, affiliated third parties or independent/non-affiliated third parties and service providers, whether local or foreign (collectively referred as “Representatives”) who shall perform functions on our behalf such as data analytics, promotions and campaigns, maintenance services, handling customer support enquiries, and processing transactions. Our 3rd party partners shall not use your personal information for any purpose other than in performing their functions for PAPI. We take reasonable steps to ensure that they are bound by confidentiality and privacy obligations in relation to the protection of your personal information.

PAPI shall retain and personal information for as long as necessary in fulfilling purpose of collecting personal information.
Accessing or Updating your Personal Information
You have the right to access or update your personal information subject to exemptions allowed by the law.
